Blanche de Bruxelles is brewed with 40% soft wheat. This wheat beer has a natural opalescent color with a very white and dense head.
The coriander and the bitter orange peel added when the wort is boiled lend a slightly spiced nose that does not dominate. Despite the soft and creamy aftertaste that is so characteristic of soft wheat, this light and balanced wheat beer tastes very fresh at the same time. The complex aromas and low alcohol content make the Blanche de Bruxelles a very special beer.
