‘t IJ van de Duvel (The Devil’s egg) is a collaboration between the Amsterdam based brewery ‘t IJ and the well known Belgian brewery Duvel Moortgat. The Belgian and Dutch brewers working together, you might think that the (brewing) cultures are very similar but in fact the Belgians have long traditions while the Dutch try to experiment much more. This combination of skills and tastes reflects itself in this unique collaboration.
The blonde beer, is perfect for the summer months with it’s floral, fresh, hoppy and fruity notes.
