The Timmermans Tradition Lambicus Blanche is absolutely unique. The beer is made on the basis of lambic, which uses the same brewing process as for beers based on malt wheat. By adding accents such as coriander or dried orange peel, the beer has a fruity, light, wonderfully cloudy and subtly “spicy” taste. Ideally, this beer is drunk in a mason jar.
A unique blond beer, brewed according to the traditions of the farmers in the Pajottenland, who enriched the lambic with wheat. The taste is slightly acidic and is interspersed with a surprisingly sweet touch.
