The colour is deep gold, the foam fine and airy. The bouquet is very perfumed; the aromatic hop varieties are recognisable and the spices provide a fruity touch of citrus fruits.
The taste is characterised by an intense, very characteristic full bitterness. Especially the dominant malt flavor leaves a full impression in the mouth. Still, the aftertaste is dry and hoppy. All these characteristics together make it an excellent digestive beer.
