This Lambic is specially brewed and has a high degree of fermentation. After refermentation in the bottle, this gives a special “Oude Geuze” of 8 Vol. % Alc. 3-year-old Lambiek tastes very special, especially notes of citrus (grapefruit, lemon), wood aromas (vanilla, cloves, oak), and phenolic components that refer to whiskey, are the overtone.
