Kriek Mariage Parfait is a traditional unsweetened, unfiltered “Oude Kriek” from Lembeek. Kriek Mariage Parfait is prepared from heavily brewed Young Lambic, to which 400 grams per liter of fresh wild cherries are added. After a natural clearance, this beer is bottled, after which there is still a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
After six months on the bottle, the Kriek Mariage Parfait is finished.
