The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.
This beer was brewed in our farm brewery during the winter as early as 1844.
For several months, this beer received a second fermentation in barrel, after which it was poured to quench the thirst of the seasonal workers on the farm.
Our Saison Dupont is still considered “the classic among Belgian seasonal beers”!
Copper blonde, the finest hop aromas and a pronounced dry bitterness make this beer an unrivaled thirst quencher, as it originally was.
Our selection of yeasts lends itself to specific aromas and a typical taste.
The real secondary fermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer.
