The St Feuillien Grand Cru is an extra blond bottle fermented tasting beer with a strong character, a pure hop touch and subtle fermentation aromas. The beer is particularly distinguished by the absence of spices. The foam is pure white, fine and airy like lace. The remarkable pale blond colour is radiantly bright. The nose brings together a series of hop aromas full of fruity notes, with a perfect harmony between subtlety and opulence. The first sip is light and rich in contrast and then grows into a long bitterness, full of nuances and taste sensations. The hop character of the beer dominates the taste development at the back of the mouth and is prolonged by a pleasantly full bitterness.
